WHO WILL BE CLEANING MY HOME?
Each of our cleaners are selected to work with us because of their friendly personalities and their great attitudes towards cleaning. You will be assigned a cleaner for your home who will return to you every time, ensuring that you can go about your everyday business with peace of mind. As we understand your home is your place of security, we believe it's important for you to know and trust the person who's cleaning it.
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
Our usual price is £20 per hour of cleaning, ensuring us to pay our cleaners a good living wage.
For routine cleaning this means that a small to medium flat will cost £40 per clean while larger flats and houses cost £60-£80 per clean.
Our deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning takes a while longer and comes with oven cleaning as standard. A small flat will usually cost £100, and each additional room will usually cost £20. For homes including additional features to clean such as whirlpool baths, dishwashers and balconies, extra time may be needed.
ARE YOUR PRICES GUARANTEED?
All our routine domestic cleaning prices are guaranteed to be the quoted price unless we take less time than expected, then we will charge less than quoted!
Our deep cleaning and end of tenancy estimates may change depending on the complexity of the work. We provide an estimate based on the number of rooms, appliances and the type of property so if there is more or less to do than originally planned, we may have to amend our original estimate.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept recurring and one-off payments through our invoicing software and bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments for cleaning services but our cleaners can take tips in cash.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE CLEANING?
Your happiness with our services are very important, after all it's your home! We believe in customer satisfaction so if you're not happy for any reason, please get in touch so that we can find a solution, whether this is revisiting the job or providing a refund.
